Woodborough Conservation Area Appraisal (November 2016)

A Conservation Area Appraisal and Management Plan has been prepared for Woodborough.  The appraisal identifies a number of key elements that define the conservation area’s special character and historic interest; and also includes proposals to extend the boundaries of the conservation area. The Conservation Area Appraisal and Management Plan will be used to guide decisions on planning applications within the conservation area.

The Conservation Area Appraisal, which includes maps showing the existing and proposed changes to the boundaries, and the Management Plan are available in pdf format at the bottom of this page.

Paper copies are also available for inspection at the following addresses during their normal opening hours:

  • Civic Centre, Arnot Hill Park, Arnold; and
  • Woodborough Village Hall, Lingwood Lane, Woodborough.
