Willow Farm Development Brief

We are consulting on the draft development brief for the Willow Farm site to the north east of Gedling Village between Monday 19 August and 5pm on Monday 30 September 2019.

What is this about?

The Willow Farm site has been allocated for housing in the adopted Local Planning Document and the development brief has been prepared to help guide future planning applications and inform local residents and interested organisations of the preferred nature and form of development. See map below.

We would welcome your comments on the draft development brief.  Please note the principle of development has already been agreed and so comments relating to this will not be considered.

The draft development brief can be viewed online below or at the three deposit points:-

  • Civic Centre, Arnot Hill Park, Nottingham Road, Arnold
  • Gedling Library, Wollaton Avenue, Gedling
  • Carlton Library, Manor Road, Carlton

How do I comment on the draft development brief?

You can comment electronically here.  The development brief can be viewed online and comments can be made using the link below.

Alternatively, the Response Form can be downloaded and returned to us by email or post.  Copies of the Response Form are also available at the Civic Centre, Gedling Library and Carlton Library.  The completed Response Forms should be sent:-

What will happen to my comments?

Following the consultation exercise, the comments received will be considered and the document amended where appropriate. The final document will then be presented for adoption by the Council as a Supplementary Planning Document.
